Beolab 5 with Marantz AV7005 - balanced out connection possible?

Hi, I would like to use my balanced out from my Marantz AV7005 pre-amplifier to my beolab 5 speakers.

Does anyone know whether this is possible and suggestions on how to connect?

    Thanks a lot for help.

It might be possible but you need to see what the voltage output of the Marantz balanced outs are.  If more than I think 2.5, you have to make adjustments on the lab 5s.

    Thanks beoinbuff,

Just checked and unbalanced out is 1.2V and balanced out 2.4V

Is the 2.5V the max limit for the beolab 5 for input voltage? In that case no adjustments would be needed?

Does anyone know whether XLR to Powerlink cable exists?

How can I "power on" the beolab 5 speakers automaticly with my non B&O pre-amplifier (Marantz AV7005) or is this impossible?

    Thanks for picking your brains....

    Greetings,

    Herben
