Beosound 9000 MK II - as smooth as it should be?

I bought a complete B&O System (that I will not keep, I was just interested in the speakers - Beloab 4000 - that came with it, to replace the Beolab 2500).

It is a Beosound 9000 MK II.

When CDs are changing you can hear a very quiet noise: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7oeRMiK8sNg

Not nearly as bad as here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IK2z0-lEKhU&NR=1 , BUT - is it a fault or does it have to "sound" that way?
I thought it had to work without any noise?

    Thanks for your comments.

    Ralf

The sound of the first 9000 is ok

the sound of the second is not normal, maybe the 'contact' behind is not positioned on 'vertical position'.

    OK, good!

Then you don't have to worry. The BS9000 was never "silky" smooth. Could have been with a pneumatic system, besides the compressor. LaughingLaughingLaughingLaughing
