beo4 Sky+ fast forward and rewind

I have a beo5 and sky plus how do i fast forward and rewind with the beo4 remote i can pause with stop and record with go +8 but cannot work out fast forward etc.

GO + >> to fast forward. Press >> again and it goes to the next speed as long as you do it within a couple of seconds. I think the instruction sheet is on site! I'll find it for you!

Actuallt the instruction sheet is rubbish!! It is here for what it is worth, along with all the others!
