are you trying to start a poll ?

First B&O (1976) was a Beogram 1500 ... latest (2011) change has been to couple the BL11 with the BL6Ks *sounds superb*

    I don't get it Smile

Something to do with the Penta in the background? Maybe I didn't read the description properly?

I don't waste my time looking at stuff like this on eBay - I generally use it purely for discovering bargains (not just B&O) under obscure/terrible listings.

But I will try and see what you are getting at, since I am intrigued

If it's the 'It's more than av, it's a lifestyle' strap line - then i can assure you, it's nothing to do with either company..  I'm not exactly impressed with this, but it's not exactly affected my business so I'm not going to cause an unnecessary stink.

Apart from that, I too have no idea..

To borrow a phrase from the antiques world, I think that this item may be a marriage?

    But between what??

Earlier, I checked that the type number should match the title, and gave up...

Oops, OK, where's my 9500 white stripe???

    Correct Mika. No white stripe.

I think that this item is a 9500 bottom and an 8000 top!

Nothing this seller does surprises me any more - check out the stone effect CX50's which are (unsurprisingly) still unsold.

Here in Denmark there's a chap trying to sell a "special mirror edition" Beolink 1000... He has stripped the paint and polished the metal and claims that is a rare special edition from B&O. It has been for sale for more than 6 months now...Wonder why Laughing
