Fake purple Beolit 500... Would History repeat itself?

    Hello Beolit fans!

Perhaps like me, you have noticed this purple Beolit on Ebay : I am 98.5 % sure Laughing that this one is a fake purple one.
Some years ago I have had a sad experience from this seller that sold me a fake one, just badly painted in purplish. Looking at this one I have the strange same sensation of a not original colour.
I have fortunately got the chance to find a true purple one from another more serious seller.
I left you some photos of my real purple Beolit 600 so you can compare it to this fake lavender blueish color, knowing that  each camera has slightly different presets.

    Happy summer holidays to All!

    Marc

I'm a little surprised that the case finish on the Ebay item is inbetter condition than the metalwork, its usually the other way around, the case generally suffers more, hard to see how you can scratch the metal parts without damaging the main casing.

To be honest, I don't have any problems with "fake" colors as long as the paint job has been done properly. These panels are thankfull objects to paint in the color you prefer.
