B & O 5.1 Setup with my Current Pioneer Kuro TV

Might be easier to start at the end, but I plan to end up a Beovison 7-40 mk3 with Centre Channel along with some Beolab 3's and Beolab 2 with Beolab 6000 rears.

My problem is I am not in a position to buy it all at once, and would like if possible to utilise my current TV for a year or so before dropping the 4-5K on a Beovison 7.

What are my options (if any) especially for 5.1 in the interim.  I am sure I saw a third party option on this site previously which provides a powerlink output for the speakers with a 5.1 input but can't for the life of me find it.

Re: B & O 5.1 Setup with my Current Pioneer Kuro TV

If you don't have a Beosound to integrate, then you use almost any non-B&O surround sound processor / preamp.  The main thing to look for when connecting BeoLabs is that the pre-amp can control the volume (variable audio outputs).  Then you just need rca to powerlink cables and you should be all set.

If you need to integrate Beosound audio, the only option I'm aware of is to run stereo audio output from the TV into the "PC" input port on a BeoLink Active, but this only allows for stereo...

    What about the Detoma X501?

Not sure these are even available but is this a suitable solution?
