Beovision 4-42 frame

Has anyone (or know anyone who has) tried to adapt the neat aluminium frame (and maybe the contrast screen) from the BV 4-42 to a newer, regular Panasonic plasma?

I didn't mean to. I tried the search engine with little of luck. Maybe I have to give it a few more go's. From the nature of your answer I guess the frame exchange has been done.
