    Power link socket in Beolab 3500

    Just got BL 3500 and very like it a lot.

    Read detail and saw only think can connect to system is ML ....

    So what the hack powerlink in BL 3500 for ?

    Unless it is a very modern 3500 then that is a MCL socket not powerlink.

    Looks the same or similar.

    For older BL3500 it is meant to be used for the link cable for systems with the old standard for linking; MCL prior to ML.

    For very new BL3500 it is a proper PL socket.

    Not specifically, but I believe it was within the last year or two.
