hi all , if i were to sell my 2500 cubes, what would be a reasonable reserve price to put on them , fully working with original cables but replacement plugs

It would help if you can place pictures to see what the cosmetic condition is.

    Re: beovox 2500 cubes

hi i have now put them on a well known auction site and decided on a reserve of £250 , they are in very good condition with only minor paint flaked on the rear , they certainly dont need restoring , i would love to keep them but they are just ornaments at the moment and with children in the house i am always worried that they will get knocked over , i have tried to upload pictures but seem to be having problems

The prices vary massively - I have seen pairs go for anything up to £700. I have to say that this is ridiculous as Frede at Classic Audio can no doubt do you a pair which will be practically perfect for less. These are odd speakers - they are simply not necessary in most systems and are bought mainly for their looks - I am sure most buyers do not realise exactly how little they actually do! Must confess that mine are ornamental.
