I can't wait for the BS5encore to finally arrive, does anyone have a release date?

Please no tech discussions (why it cannot handle ALAC etc.), just rumors and / or facts about the release date...

Latest I've heard from the local dealer here in south Sweden was by August to ensure that the ML2Ethernet conjuction box would be available...

Same information from the German store in Frankfurt. ( By the way the heat grilles I mentioned previously last year are on the bottom of the unit, similar to the Beosound 4 ).

I am now " cable-ready,"  but was told recently that the " Ethernet adapter " did not as yet exist. Which is a good sign as it means B&O is trying to think the new product through.

Currently I turn the computer and WIFI on, then the flatscreen, then the stereo system to access the ORF or BBC radio channels. A few less would be nice. Looking forward to it !

@SWISS: I guess we have the same B&O dealer :-)

The Neuchatel's dealer is closed. I think the best one int this area is is Morat/Murten.

I go there from Yverdon and it is a great team wehre people knows B&O products !
