It is with great excitement that I can announce Bang & Olufsen have extended a welcome to around 20-25 BeoWorld Members for a 2-Day excursion to the factory in Struer once again.
We're still at the planning stage, but we'd be looking at April or May 2012. It will be a very full two-day event with tours of all parts of the factory (with demonstrations and talks from various B&O product specialists), the B&O Museum in Struer, probably an evening meal at the end of the first day - and whatever else the superb PR team at HQ can think of.
I can guarantee it will be informative, interesting - and if Jette Nygaard at B&O is organising it, extremely enjoyable.
Accommodation will be at a discounted rate at the Struer Grand Hotel if required, or we can suggest alternatives.
As mentioned above, we are looking at 20-25 places - and i can almost guarantee we will be oversubscribed. I will take a list of names well in advance and have a random ballot to decide who goes. Please remember, if you're not in it - you won't win it. This is an incredibly rare opportunity to have a very special visit reserved only for BeoWorld Members. The management and staff at B&O are always genuinely pleased to see the people who represent the site they all read on a daily or weekly basis and make any visit very special for us.
So.. first of all I'd like suggestions as to the date. April or May, beginning or end.. input please.
