    Beosystem 4500/3500 for sale

Hi all, after completely renovating my beosystem with plans to wall mount in the spare room...... the wife now does not concur and i've got nowhere else to put it so through gritted teeth its up for sale. It is a Beogram 4500 CD matched with a Beomaster and Beocord 3500 which i've stripped, cleaned up and removed the paint to give it a mirror finish. All touch panels reglued etc.... Piccies below for you all. The mirror panels are in very good condition - i'd say overall 8/10 as there are a few small imperfections, dints and chips but standing 2 feet away and it looks mint. No speakers or remote included.

Sensible offers please - collection only from south Birmingham and will be demonstrated to the new owner. If you want to give me a call then feel free - 07748900832.

Yet another man has ended up as a doormat Stick out tongueWink "My wife doesn't like it so i'll have to sell it"...How many times have I heard that...Ick!

I'm not married, but I live with my lovely girlfriend who accept my addiction for B&O. But IF she started some crap, like "I don't want that...etc." i would -at least  -"pick up the fight", and not just lay down and say "yes, you're right". Stick out tongue

Dave - Have you tried to ask your wife to sell any of her stuff..? Whistle

Steffen: He didn't say what she preferred to have in there! He could be gritting his teeth, because he now has to wire a set of BL9's into the space!

I'm in the position of setting up an older wall mounted system, but it's in a much smaller space.  My wife (and I agree) would likely prefer a pair of active speakers in there to save room....add the issue of storing a much older unit really depends on storage space.
