Just purchased a beotime. Works like a charm, also with the extra functionality of Alarm Light, although for the moment I can't get the sunrise to function (without MLGW (currently only with LC2)).
I noticed that the intensity of the three LCD's differs per LCD. Went back to the dealer and saw two others; although the absolute intensity was different these two neither had equal intensities of their LCD's.
Is this part of the Beotime or was this a bad shipment? Please express your experience.
Tx and regards

IMHO and based on my beotime, the LCDs should have the same brightness / contrast / intensity.
Beovision 7-55 with Beolab 7-4, 9s and 4000s
Beovision 10-40 with Beolab 1s and 6000s
Beosound 1, 5, 2000, and 3000
Beotime, Beotalk, Beocoms
Mine has the same 'problem'.
The screen from the left (when the control pad is to the right) has a slightly different backlighting.
Maybe a bit more yellowish; but not that disturbing.
At night time, in your room, do you find the LCD brightness is too bright for your room?
