Dear all, thanks to my dear friend Leslie, I received a blink converter 1611 to be used in my office link. However I wanted to give it a try to my home link and connect a BV3000 I have in a room to the current setup. As it does not have a pl connection, I connected only the data cable. There is no command accepted apart TV. Not with e.g. Link Sat or Sat, Link DVD or DVD etc. The master link cable is working perfectly since I use it on an overture, therefore no issues from there. Same is for the data cable. Although this is not permanent any hint/help is highly appreciated to make the test. Most probably if this works I will put a converter there as well!!

I guess you mean MX3000 when you say BV3000. If you want to use an MX3000 in a linkroom, you need an T1615 BeoLink Video. The T1611 can't be used in this setup. The T1611 is for connecting a Datalink product to an ML system in a mainroom setup, not in a link-room. 

Yes you are right. Was just back from 15 hours of work. It's an MX3000. Iwas afraid that the 1615 would be needed but though I should give it a try!!! Now Leslie, open you magig closet!!!!!!!!!! I'm sure there is one there!!!!
