    BV 9 picture is grey when it should be black

    I've uppgraded from a BV-4 42" gnr 7 HD ready to a BV-9 full HD gnr 9 plasma. My problem is that the screen is dark grey when it should be black. The BV-4 was much closer to all black, actually my BV-6 LCD is better. The picture settings are at neutural, and setting the brightness down doesn't help. Any thoughts on this problem will be appreciated :-)

    check what you saftwaer is.
    I had the same problem with older softwaer.

    menu-option(not depress  only mark)-red-go

    My dealer uppgraded the Beosystem 3 to the latest software version, it says: BV 4 plasma sw 1.05 and h8 sw 10.02a.

    i have the same sw, and my tv is bv9  MRK 3 with d10 panel,and I have no problems whatsoever with this SW.

    contact the dealer and tell  about your problem

    Does anybody know if there is a separate adjustment for the plasma panel? I remember my dealer calibrated my BV-4 panel with a panasonic remote.
