The MCL2E is quite rare and not so easy to find these days.

    Hi Nick

I am FAR from an expert on link components but I think what you're after is one of these

    http://www.beoworld.org/prod_details.asp?pid=979

rather than the bits Martin has for sale.

    PS I haven't forgotten about those CX50's !

    Dillen,

Is the MCL 2E Expander still available?  I am in need of being able to expand my Beosystem beyond 4 links.

    Hi Martin,

I believe the MCL 2E Expander sold brand new for approximately $200 (US).  I am making the leap of faith that you also have the power adapter (did not see it in the photo)? Would you be willing to take $50 (US) for it?

Some additional questions on the transceivers:

Are you selling the transceivers and the associated relay boxes separately?

Is there any transceiver cable length attached?

Are some in better shape than others (cosmetically speaking)?

Does the MCL 2 AV also have the power adapter?

    Best Regards,

    Re: Link modules

    Hi Bill,

I have what you see in the photo (less the two modules that are sold).
    No cables or adapters.

The Type 2007 expander will require a mere 12V DC so I believe it wouldn't be
too difficult to source a suitable adapter.

I can sell the transceivers and relay boxes together in pairs or separate as required.
As stated in the OP, all cables has been cut. The modules were taken down from a
large setup where the cables were left in the house walls.

    Cosmetically they are all fair.
They almost all have a small amount of white paint on the backsides that will clean off with a little
    elbow grease if needed.
Some may need a little cleaning to the fronts as well after a couple of years in storage and
previous use in f.e. a kitchen but there are no serious cosmetic damages to any of them.

Note that 1x 2047 and 1x white transceiver has been sold as stated above.

Did the MCL2E sell new for 200 US dollars ?
I find that a bit hard to understand. Technically, it is by far the least complicated box
of them all, practically only a couple of screw terminals.
