Just noticed its back to Bronze! :-(

Yes - you get an automated email one month before membership expires.

However, one thing we cannot control are spam filters..

Looking at the system I can confirm that an email reminder was sent on 29th January 2011 at 7.59pm.

I can only think that it didn't reach the intended email box due to the fact that we have either got the wrong email address for you or a spam filter blocked the email.

Subsequently your membership level was reduced to bronze level however you can upgrade to GOLD at any time should you wish.

Be nice to know where it got to as I always go through my junk mail folder, having had to use email (or similar) for over 20 years I know what a pain in the *** the spam filters can be!

Didn't get a reminder last year either but do seem to get the renewal emails!

What email address does it go to?
