    beogram cd 3500

I have a beogram cd 3500 player which has always been wall mounted. It will not track anymore when wall mounted but will work fine on a horizontal plane. this suggests to me that the tracking arm is worn. Is it possible to get replacement components?

    All observations gratefully received.

It's very unlikely to be a mechanical problem. These mechs are very robust. It's probably the laser power is reduced, and the focusing is more crucial when the unit is vertical?I recommend "recapping" the servo board before anything else.Certainly don't try to adjust the servo arm mech.Martin(Dillen) can supply a cap kit for this work.
