They (the experts) both make interesting points; on the one hand, B&) should continue focusing on being expensive and high quality - on the other hand I think they would benefit from marketing some diffusion line products in stores like Elgiganten, Fona, etc. (similar to American Radio Shack or British Maplin), to increase brand awareness and have these as a kind of entry-level products. This has been already been made by the major clothing designers (re: D&G v.s. Dolce & Gabbana, Miu miu v.s Prada et.c).
