    Un-compress Apple Lossless etc.

    Dear all,

Is it possible to copy Apple Lossless, AAC and MP3 files from iTunes on a CD in normal, non-compressed audio CD file standard?

The purpose is to be able to play such audio CD on an older Beocenter 9000 or 9500 (stand-alone: not streaming to this one).

    Thanks, js

Yes you can do it withing iTunes.

Create a playlist with all the songs you want to copy on CD.

Then click on File/Burn to Disk.

Choose the "Audio CD" format when prompted.

Phil, thank you for your help.

Would you know how to do it for FLAC files (which iTunes cannot read) as well?

    Thanks again, js

    Hi Js

Use Fluke for importing Flac files into Itunes and then burn them from within Itunes as the case is with lossles.
