Try N.Radio then. It's one or the other.

No.. N.MUSIC is the same as A.TAPE2, N.RADIO is the same as PHONO.

... but in fact on a 9300, the Phone and Tape2 inputs come in on the same connector. On mine, I have airport express connected to that input, and I get the music whether I select Phono or Tape2 on the unit. So I set my Beo4 list to have only N.Music as a choice and I use that. On my Beolink 1000 it's shift-A.Tape.

Looking at my Lintronic code table, these IR codes are equivalent:

    Phono, N.Radio

    Shift-A.Tape, A Tape 2, N.Music

(I'm curious how this works out on a 9500, which had the RIAA preamp built in, so maybe on a 9500 you could have 3 items plugged in, say a TV, a second tape, and a phono? On a 9300 you can really only have two things plugged in, and the phono had to have it's own preamp or use a little amp box.)

Exactly - it has three separate physical inputs. As do all the older models, it was only the 9300 that was scaled down in this respect.
