    Beolab 2 in colours?

Why do they not offer BeoLab 2 in different colours.

Strange when you can get most of the Speakers in different colours.

What about polishing it instead so it matches the beolab 8000, 6000, 4000, and 1. Pure solid mirrorshine aluminium!   MMmmmm......

I'm thinking of having mine painted with a soft touch black paint to match my Lab 3's!

    Re: Beolab 2 in colours?

It was BMW Carbon Black, which has a blue-ish tinge to it.  I have since sold that one though, and don't actually have a Lab2 as of last week. My BL9's are doing the job at home, and i have moved my own BL2 to the shop as it will get used more!  When i'm at home i rarely turn up the music anyway as i'm either on my computer in a different room or "Mrs 9 LEE" moans if i turn it up too loud in case we upset the neighbours.. (we live in a detached house for heavens sake!)

I am currently trying to buy a pair of red Beolab 3's from a customer who is emigrating to the USA at a decent price, and if i buy them i'm going to strip them down and colour change them to brilliant white and have them in the bedroon with my BeoSound 2300.

Lee, that black BL2 still looks very good, but I prefer the "perley" (don't know if it is the right word) grey from the original one...

Bang & Olufsen have confirmed that colours will not be available later. So I am content to buy the aluminium one.
