    No Dial Tone on Beo Com 4

    I have several Beo Com 4 phones.  One is giving me a no dial tone message even though I know the line is OK.  I plugged another phone in and it worked fine. The phone is about 4 years old and has always worked fine in that same jack. Any ideas?
