MX7000 in same room as BS9000 with one Beolink 4?

Hello,

Hope I can find some help with my "older" B&O products.

In my living room my Beosound 9000 (Atape2) og my MX 7000(AUX) are connected with a cable. So that I can put the tv-audio through to the speakers connected to my BeoSound 9000. This works perfekt.

My problem is this: When I press radio/CD on my BeoLink 4, then MX700 speakers are activated on plays along with BeoSound 9000 speakers. (I do not want that).

Hope theres someone who can help me.

Your MX7000 is probably in a wrong option for this setup. it should be in Option 1. To change this, switch the MX7000 in Stand By. After this press Stand-By and LIST on your Beo4 simultaneously. Now press LIST on your Beo4 until OPTION is shown in the display of the Beo4. Now press GO on your Beo4. The display on the Beo4 will now display V.OPT. Now press 1. The Stand By LED of your MX7000 will now switch off for a short moment to show that the option is accepted. Now the MX7000 is in Option 1 and all should work!
