    PC command

Might be stupid question but I'm half way to making my living room setup.

I have there the BV4-42 with Beosystem 2. I have the Apple Tv (with ATVFlash for colored picture) on the 3rd scart (decoder) under the PC command.

Does anyone know if the PC command includes Apple TV commands so that if I use the ir repeater (cable) I could possibly control Apple TV from Beo4?

I know that in principal it shouldn't work since my stb does not appear to have it but.............just a last hope!!!

    Best regards

    Beolab 6000
    Beo 4
    Beocenter 9300

    SKY HD
    Optoma HD65 Projector
    Lintronic TT455-RT-238

    Re: PC command

But the point is that the stb list does not open since only the PC source can be entered !

I mean if you chose another stb source the list opens but if you chose pc nothing happens.

I have the same constraint on my BV8-32.   I just did a quick test to confirm it is still there, originally I had thought it was to do with which AVx was being set-up since the BV8-32 only has two blaster sockets.

I can use the DVD setting to drive my 2nd generation Apple TV and that works fine when set to "Apple Remote".

First B&O (1976) was a Beogram 1500 ... latest (2011) change has been to couple the BL11 with the BL6Ks *sounds superb*

    Re: PC command

Yeap. That could be a solution but I'm afraid my STB does not have the Apple remote. I have it on my 7-32 but it's not my master so.....

    Re: PC command

I worked around not having Apple TV in our puc list by selecting another device that was in the list and using the Apple TV's learning function to learn those commands.

    Beovision 7-55 with Beolab 7-4, 9s and 4000s

    Beovision 10-40 with Beolab 1s and 6000s

    Beosound 1, 5, 2000, and 3000

    Beotime, Beotalk, Beocoms
