Hello, suddenly when I started to rip/copy new CDs to the Beoport/BM5 solution no metadata service is available and the popup window for writing the metadata into the system do not show up. I can put in info in the info-window for each tune but that confuse the system and the album get the name Unknown. Not good.
Does anyone have any clue on what to do?
Even a restart of the PC isn´t helpful. Is the metadata service down or my Beoport just tired? Why cant you force the metadata input window to come up?
