BS 9000 scratching CDs

I had my BS9000 vertical for a few years. No I have change place and have it horisontal. When I play CDs turning against the lid(scratching) Is there a way to calibrate in servicemode or must I call a technician??

Have you reset the orientation screws from VERTICAL to HORIZONTAL on the back?

You will find the information you need in the reference manual on page 9. There is a swedish version on this site....
