    Re: Beolab 11 opinions

After reading all the positive reviews/experiences here, and then hearing the BL11 for myself in store, I decided to take the plunge and place an order. Should be arriving in about 2 weeks time. Really looking forward to adding it to our BL6000's. Big Smile

Terrific - I'm just about ready to order one myself. What colour did you get?

Ended up going for the silver to try blend in with the decore and the 6000's as best as possible.

    Hi there!

I can you that the silver will blend in perfect with your 6000's because I've got mine this Saturday :-)!

And I have to join the all the other people here with two thumbs up for Beolab 11. I had one on loan this weekend, but of course I had to buy it Monday...without doubt. It did an incredible job, and sounded like heaven to me together with my 6000's. And also on the movies with my Beovision 3-32 and 4000's as rear. I think this must be the perfect setup!!!

I would never had thought that it to be this GOOD! It's just great i a surround setup, where I also can adjust the sub for -/+ 9 levels in the setup menu. I now have it on + 4, and it's more than enough "goof" for my living room. POWER!!!

Beolab 11 is hereby recommended for all of you out there lacking some depth and also better dynamics for your setup....

    Lloydern

    Anything but Beo isn't an option...3-32, Overture, DVD1, Beomedia, V8000, lab 4000, 2 x lab 2000, 2 x lab 6000 & lab 11.

    Re: Beolab 11 opinions

Is anyone using the new Beolab 11 with Beolab 1's? I'm interested to hear their opinion about this combination for music listening. Thanks in advance!.

I don't see a use of a BL11 with BL1's.. as both go as deep. If you want more punsh for your BL1's then the BL2 is the only way to go.

The race for quality has no finish line- so technically, it's more like a death march.

On paper or in actuality? Frequency response specs really don't tell you much about a speaker's overall performance...

I was commenting ... we like it, although our son-in-residence was looking for more *doof* *doof*

So would you say that "less" is more in this case?

And a happy Season's Greeting to you on this glorious Melbourne afternoon that we are both sharing

First B&O (1976) was a Beogram 1500 ... latest (2011) change has been to couple the BL11 with the BL6Ks *sounds superb*

I can only recommend to try the BL11 and the Bl2. Do not choose the BL11 before you have listen the BL2 before.

    BeoVision 8-40, ATV2, BeoSound 4, Front BeoLab 9, Rear Beolab 4000 MKII, Beo 4
