Can not download the manuals

Can not download the manuals. I have the Gold membership, but this text is displayed when trying to download files. "Sorry But You Do Not Have permission to view this section"

Has anyone had the same problem or know the answer what is wrong

Thanks for all the replies, the problem has solved itself. It was only a temporary disruption of the server that prevented me to download service manuals.
