Looked pretty beaten up in the pictures and was sold as non-working - sorry if I ruined someones deal for spares.

Actually it is in pretty good shape - and more than that, it is working fine. Of course some slight issues, but all ICs are fine and even the Displays are flawless.

Only problem is the upper half. The large lid on the right side is completely missing and the glass has a small crack.

I'm ok with the glass, but the missing lid is quite annoying. Maybe someone has a spare one? I'm ok with slight scratches and the like, but no bigger issues.

I think most of the opening mechanism is still in place, so I won't need that.

Any condition - scratches, dings, whatever. The remainder of the BM is not in the best condition anyway - but it just looks stupid without the lid.

Are you talking about a BeoGram 8000?

BM8000 = Beomaster 8000
The lid is over the programming section.
