    Forget the spare room...

    ...this justifies building an extension.

(If there's any money left after the divorce settlement.)

    What a nice pool.

A couple of Beomaster 8000's, a handful of CD50's plus a 8002 and some other tangentials etc.
Easily worth the opening bid and also a bit more for someone able to pickup.

I may have a large number of B&O things but seeing what other people
have, I can safely say that my collection is far from the grandest. Laughing

    Re: Forget the spare room...

Seeing that collection again begs the question I frequently ask myself, whatever happens to all the speakers?  If its safe to assume that pretty much every system is sold with at least one pair, and I do realise that there will be exceptions, is there a speaker version of the fabled 'elephants graveyard' where they all go when they die?  They certainly don't come up for sale in OZ anywhere near as frequently as the music centres themselves, of whatever vintage that may be..........

    Clive,

Funnily enough, when I saw this listing the same thought crossed my mind, and also why there were no remotes. Looking at all that kit from a "collector" one would have expected a few BL 1000's at the very least, but definitely some 5000 Control Panels. There wouldn't be much point in auctioning them separately....

Yes, they are in with me Laughing I have more speakers than rooms !

More seriously, you can always keep using speakers and remotes ... such is the wonder of B&O's design.

First B&O (1976) was a Beogram 1500 ... latest (2011) change has been to couple the BL11 with the BL6Ks *sounds superb*
