I recorded one programme from channel 4 hd, and in anytime i watched sky premier film hd both cases voices out of sync. yet if i watch programmes normally in hd no problems, so take it in

 recorded programme there is a delay problem. my tv is a beovision 10.

does my tv require a software update to correct this or what?. what is the latest software for bv 10?

Almost certainly the Sky box.  The TV won't care whether it's recorded or not, it'll just show what it's sent.
