Motorized Stand for Beovision MX 7000 - How to Programm Position?

I got a Beovision MX 7000 whith Motorstand, really nice. The stand works and can change position by remote Beo4.

But after starting TV it turns in the wrong direction. I did not match to change the programmed position. The main menue oft "TV" does not show a stand socket.

Does anybody know how to manage? It is such a beautiful TV, it should work in the right way.

Using BEO4 remote: to preset an ON position yourself:

MENU, then down arrow to SETUP.  Press GO  In setup menu, downarrow to STAND and press GO.

Use the << or >> arrows on the remote until the TV is in the right position.  Press GO to store it.  Press EXIT to come out of the menus.  Or, you can use the 1 through to 9 numbers (1 is utmost left, 9 is utmost right).

Using Beo4 I press "menue" in TV mode: it shows me "program list" and "setup". Than with "go" on "setup" it shows me "Timer Sound on/off" "Power link on/off" "AV1:" "AV2:" "S-VHS on/OFF", I don´t find "stand"

Sounds like you're reading the BEO4 remote screen.  You do all of this with the TV switched on and all of the lists etc are on the TV screen, not on the remote.  Sorry, I should have been more clear.

No, sorry, this is what I read on the TV screen of the Beovision MX 7000.

Re: Motorized Stand for Beovision MX 7000 - How to Programm Position?

Could be an early model, for use with a beolink 1000 the stand control on that is on the colour button , first item on list, use sideways arrows to position then press store button - think thats the system cannot remember but I have an early 7000 with which i can try the above tomorrow, the sets elsewhere you see

hope this helps, of course it means you need a bl1000 handset unless someone else can outline this with a beo4

Have you tried pressing the list button on the beo 4 if stand is listed then press go and the sidearrows, until your position is found then scroll the list key to find store(?)and press go think that should do it, but maybe another member could confirm as i am not too sure beo 4 wise!

Finding the right position works, but then the list key only shows "speaker" "clock" "return" "v.setup" "v.tape 2" "a.aux", don´t find any "store"

Well, it´s done, fantastic, thank you very much Big Smile

TV-Mode, with "List" to "V.Setup", with "List" to "Picture", than "Go", in the left corner of the sreen appears "Stand". With "<<" and ">>" in the right position, than with "List" to "Store" and "Go".

    Really fineBig Smile

    Yes - thumbs up

Glad you got it sorted. It shows how helpful a thread can be when the problem's been resolved and the OP concludes the thread confirming so. I wish more would do it!

Great news that it's fixed - well done one and all!

Seems an odd way of getting to there though.  The earlier posted method is copied from the MX user manual and worked on mine in the past.
