How to tune a Beomater 3500

Can anyone help, I was bequeathed a Beomaster 3500, not a bad piece of kit although in Beoworld not a favorite.  I have replaced my Beomaster1900-2 as she needs to go in a box for a rest!

Can anyone tell me how to tune this unit and if there is a way to switch off the 2nd set of speaker outputs like you can on the the 1900-2?

    Any advice always welcome...Steve Hmm

Press the programming button. the the buttons store and goto  will appear in the display. Press goto to start the tuning and use the arrows to go up or down in frequency.

To store a program press store, the wanted channel number and store again.

The manual only mention that you can mute the speaker 1 output. THe speaker 2 output is for MCL connections. Maybe that means that it can't be switched off. Maybe someone else can enlighten this?

We of course have the manuals on site for silver & gold members - but no need upgrade just for this, as you can still download the user manual for Beosystem 4500 from www.bang-olufsen.com (customer service -> user guides). It's of course centered around Beomaster 4500, but your 3500 should work the same.

You can't switch the speaker pairs independently on & off as in older products... but the mute function will turn off speakers 1.
