Finally they updated the Iphone app to support the Ipad.

It works nicely, much easier to select the music due to the larger screen.

Yet, it doesn't seem to cache the album art so with lots of  CDs on my ATV it is a bit sluggish displaying the cover art. Also in the "Albums" view the cover art doesn't look "sharp", even for content downloaded from the Itunes store, if you display the same in "now playing" it does look good so this is for sure on purpose to support speedy navigation.

In my opinion this leaves certainly space for other vendors to provide a better solution.

Tried it myself this morning; I liked the Album view with all the albums (but far too many without cover art), and select an album and get the pop-up with its list of tracks to select from.

The rest of the interfaces: songs, artists, etc were a bit pedestrian.
