As knowone else has asked yet I will have a go...

Not sure if this makes sense.. is this when the arm is moving to engage a 7" 45 record that you get this problem?

Hello, no, I use only 33 record and around the middle the speed go down and after some turns came back normally. I check the arm and it seems good.

If I go with << to clean the disk , the speed not change.

Check all the capacitors on the Control PCB for high ESR.

    Most will need replacing.
