    BV3-32 question

    Hi all,

    Since a few days i have a BV3-32 (6 years old).

The image is very beautiful, except when it is about dark scenes.

See photo included , it's from the screen when i switch the Tv Off

And these lines can be seen on dark scenes

What do you think about ?

    Thanks

    Zazou

You better get this checked, it could be tube failure.....

    Re: BV3-32 question

I'm afraid it's not good news.....

I saw the same thing on an Avant RF I wanted to buy so I rang B&O service. They said it's either the tube or the chassis and is rather expensive to fix. The quote was around $2500AUD + , so I didn't go through with the purchase.

I'm sorry you had to hear this. The best thing to do is to enjoy it as is or try to get a refund.

    Re: BV3-32 question

Be careful, there are parts that's dangerous to get in contact with, even if the TV is unplugged.

There is an adjustment screw, but in most cases only with temporary result.

    Re: BV3-32 question

    Hi all,

Just to let you know : yesterday i received my BV3-32 back after repair.

and they changed the Chassis, not the tube.
