    Beocenter 9000 intermittant channel

Hi, I am new to the forum, and just purchased my first B&O piece to add to my collection, and I must say, it is a fine piece of electrical artistry. It all functions almost perfect, but one of the speaker channels do not work until I spike the volume up until it comes on. From that point on, it works great until I turn the sound off, or shift between inputs. I have worked a lot with electronics, so I can find my way around the boards, I just can't figure out what may be causing this problem. If anyone has any input, it would be greatly appreciated! Thank you ahead of time!

    Hi Jesacco,

It sounds to me like the mute relay, if it doesnt happen on the speaker '2' sockets it probably is .

    enjoy your new system
