B&O WM1 Wow and Flutter Meter

Just spotted this item on UK ebay - does anyone know anything about it? Even the guru of all things Beo-esque, Mr. Jarman has not seen one before, so it must be rare!

I can feel myself being very tempted by it, despite having bought two Ferrograph RTS2 test sets in the past month (don't ask....)

I think Martin has the set! I had the power meter for a while - can't remember who got that! They are a set of scientific instruments made by B&O. They are not Jensen designed mind you! Big Smile

I was tempted by this too when I saw it a couple of days ago.

The irony that I would need to get a diagnostic piece of equipment repaired though wasn't lost on me, so I think I'll leave it :)

I am using this equipment when I am making the Classic Audio Certificate measurements for turntables and tape recorders. Actually there are two different version, but both are by function the same.

I don't think the equipment is very rare, it is very possible to find this and many other of the very fine test equipment B&O have produced.
