You should be able to get an HDMI to DVI connector ... see Wikipedia's description: Compatibility with DVI

Two cautions, Apple mentions that they have HDCP enabled, so this may create some issues

Also if the audio does not travel across the connector, you may have to use an additional optical audio cable that the new Apple TV does support

First B&O (1976) was a Beogram 1500 ... latest (2011) change has been to couple the BL11 with the BL6Ks *sounds superb*

If you do this you will definitely only get video.  You will need to use the audio via optical.  Does your BV7-32 have an optical connection with the same input for the DVI?  If so it should work.  I say that's why they included the optical because some older HDMI to HDMI had compatibility issues and unfort didn't stream audio (although i never faced this).

BeoVision7 does not have optical input only coaxial. You will need an optical to coaxial convertor to get audio into the television.

I am using a converter with my set top box (dreambox) and beosystem 2 (with attached panasonic display).

    Around 15 Euro on ebay.

A cheap one is enough, it is only digital conversion.
