    Platter for Beogram 3500

    Hi all

    anyone out there got a platter as above my unit is currently using one from a bc2200 - the original 3500 platter was in very poor condition when acquired - how do these things happen??

    i have a spare platter from a beocenter 7007.  But i don't know if it could replace your platter.

    Hey ho forgot to look at the section - thanks for your kind offer, I have one that looks very similar to the7007 looks a little bulky on the unit - i think it best to decline your offer - anytime you're near Dz Finistere mail me perhaps we could meet!

    I had a look too but no luck here.
    I seem to remember that it differs somehow from the BG 3000/5005 etc. but I could be wrong.

    Wouldn't know the differences the original platter had a peripheral skirt , the 2200 platter is basically an unskirted disc, which with the height of the assembly reduced does not look too bad the clearance is about 2mm - and works well its just to get the whole back to original - not to worry I'll carry on as present
