I just acquired a BeoSound 2000, the CD plays beautifully, but the cassette recorder only plays for about 1 second, then reverses and plays for another 1 second. The same holds true with fast forward/reverse.

It has been suggested that I may need new belts, but before I tackle this job, I would like the shop manual. None appears available on this site. Is this correct?

Also ANY advice would be greatly appreciated.
