    Hi

I'm very sorry but could you kindly explain a little further. I have outlined the upgrade process below, could I ask if you let me know at what stage the upgrade is going wrong for you and what error you are experiencing.

    1. When logged in go to upgrade page "upgrade/renew membership"

    2. Check all your details and select "Gold" from the drop down labelled "Membership Level"

    3. Press "upgrade/renew membership" button at bottom of the page

    4. You will then be sent to a payment page which requires you to enter you card details

    5. A confirmation page will be presented before the payment is complete

    6. Could you log out and then back in again to make sure your account has been upgraded

    Hi

Is there anything in your basket? If there is an item in your basket can you select "view your basket" on the right hand side of the page?

I'm sorry you are experiencing problems. I'm not sure what the green scale is on the bottom right?

    Van,

I suspect that the green scale is actually the progress bar at the bottom of the Internet Explorer window.

Presumably archie is timing out trying to connect to the payment page. Is this a third-party website? Might be worth checking with them.

    Hi Michael

Thank you. The payment system has been implemented on the BeoWorld website with HSBC API technology. I will however investigate the problem further. Thank you for your assistance.

Perhaps your computer is behind a firewall, and whilst your computer is configured to send http messages via a proxy, it is not yet configured to send https messages via the proxy?

    Just a thought.
