The challenge regarding the BeoVision 10-32 is obvious: A scaled down version of the BeoVision 10 will have the same material cost and the same labour cost (same frame, same speakers, same amp, same connections...) etc - the only less expensive item will be the display it self. So, based on simple math the 32" and 40" will cost almost the same.
So what should the Danes do? Go for a true BeoVision 10, no light version, perhaps lower the margin and sell a 32" for the price of a BV8-40 +10%, or should they look at the frame and use the same type of plastic found in the BV8 series?
