    B&O Theft

Fortunately it was only a small theft and not my actual B&O equipment but I had about 50m of White MasterLink on a drum and a RF Link Amplifier stolen from my house in a burglary in the early hours of Saturday AM in London, so if people could be vigilant if offered any of this stuff on the cheap, just keep in mind it could be mine! It was all in a B&O carrier bag. :(

No doubt stolen as it was easy to carry - probably will not be recognised for what it is. Very annoying. 50m of cable cannot have been that easy to carry mind you - it is pretty heavy. When I was burgled, about the only thing I was left with was the cable!

    Re: B&O Theft

When I was burgled many moons ago they took lots of stuff - but left a then brand new MX5500 and new BC8500. The only B&O item they took was the phone. As Peter said the MX was probably too big to take but I'm still suprised they didn't take the Beocenter. I figured at the time they probably thought it was some sort of food warmerErm and went for the better items.

I guess my burglars were as stupid as yours but it's still a horrible invasion of privacy - hope you didn't lose any sentimental items. Get an alarm installed immediatly and use timer lights when you are not at home. I was told by the police that they quite often come back for seconds.Angry

If you think nobody cares, try missing a couple of payments.
