    Product reviews

We are the lucky recipient of an excellent review of the Beo 610 by one of our members, Steen. Reviews like this add to the completeness of the site and get away from the usual marketing speak seen in B&O catalogues. I am always happy to edit and gently titivate reviews received so please don't be shy! Send me any reviews on items you have!

The aerial has colour coded plastic ends.......

It appears in a couple of the yearly brouchers as Beaker kindly showed me the other day.

Hoping to have this up and running fairly soon!

Saying that there was also a 'Master' model shown that looked very much like a 900 with both speakers but that was also shown in the broucher as a separate item.

    Any ideas on that?

I've never seen this model ever before. Is it quite rare? It seems rather different to the usual B&O's from the era!

Having looked at the brochure again, it seems that the "Master" was a BM900k but without the stereo light, although the decoder could still be fitted. It also says "Master" under the B&O logo not Beomaster. I wonder if any were made, it cant really have been that much cheaper to make than the full BM900k. I have sent Peter a scan of the brochure so hopefully it will be online soon.

Guy, I will email you scans of the Beo610/TR26 from the brochures in the next few days.

Working on this brochure - I need to play with it as it is rather large - 22Mb!

    Peter,

I have a couple of other brochures and will try and get them scanned either over the weekend or early next week. One has nice big colour pictures of the products including the Beo610.
