    Beo4 in gold?

    Hello all,

on the german website of B&O I saw that the Beo4 is even available in silver/gold! I never remember this. Since when is it available in this colour and has anyone such an interesting looking beo4?

    regards, Adrian

As an optiomal colour "Gold" is available for many B&O products since 2009
    -  I'm using "Gold" to distinguish between my "Setup Beo 4" (with unfrequently
needed List commands) and the rest of equally programmed Beo 4s (having only
a the most commonly used commands) for daily use in silver ...

It's on every version of the site. Haven't seen one in real life though. Looks like this: http://www.textually.org/tv/archives/images/set3/gold-bno-remote.jpg

the colour of the Beo4 shown in the top left corner comes quite close to the original satin finish

The gold finish top plate is available as a spare part at a reasonable price if you have a newish beo4 (or are happy with the button/softwarevariant you own)  may be better than changing the whole unit.
