I have been having a terrible time with my Beocord 9000 making SCREACHING noises that are only corrected by shaking the connections at both my Beomaster 2400 as well as the Beocord 9000.

Once the connections are maneuvered sufficiently, the noise goes away and the sound is superb. But the next time the 9000 is selected the problem reoccurs.

I am thinking that the cable must have a defect.

Is there any source for a replacement NOS cable for the Beocord 9000?

Surely it is just a standard 5 pin DIN cable? There is no Datalink with the 2400 so 7 pins are not required.
