Any problems with the setup of BeoSound 5 with an Apple computer ?

Wednesday I will get my new BS 5. I had to make the setup with my Apple PowerBook. Any thing I had to think about or will everything works easily ? BeoConnect Software is already installed on my computer.

I think it is the wrong way. First you have to install the BM/S5 and then install Beoconnect.

This way Beoconnect searches for the BM5 itself. So you do not have enter the ip-address afterwards, like you have to do now.

A bit strange, but you even have to enter your serialnumber in the software when you're registering.

    Otherwise NRadio will not work.

I never had to when I use beoplayer. A bit odd.

It doesn't matter which you do first. All you have to do is type in the BeoSound 5's IP address & password. BeoConnect does not find these automatically.

Move the wheel to Settings and press Right, Left, Right, Left, Go. Now you'll be in the "deep menu" and can access the Network Settings and set your user password. Enter these into BeoConnect and you're golden.
