    Connection Help Please

    Hello All

So i have the following systems to conenct together:

    Beovision 7 (masterlink)

    Beocenter 9300 (Datalink??)

So i know i need to connect the Masterlink to a 1611 convertor box.

Do i need to connect both the DATA AUX lead and a powerlink lead to the other side of the convertor box or just the AUX lead??

I want to be able to get sound from the beocenter on the tv and sound from the tv on the beocenter

    Thanks

    Re: Connection Help Please

    Hi all

so far i have connected the tv and 9300 via masterlink and the convertor firstly my tv would not see radio and cd.

i made sure my tv was in option 2 mode again and it started to work

i have noticed that if i press cd the room where the bv7 is that the bc9300 fires up th cd player and also the passive speakers that are connected to it, is there a way to change this so it does not make the bc9300 room come on also.

currently i cannot hear and of my video devices in over the masterlink but they are all connected via HDMI only so i need to look at connecting the ATV with some phono leads to test this.

I think that's the way it is with passive

I believe the 9300 has an MCL - what if you make the 9300's room a link room ?

And I suspect you will need the newly announced software upgrade (see that thread) to get the other HDMI sound sources through your BV ... check the thread to see if your BV is of the right type and generation

First B&O (1976) was a Beogram 1500 ... latest (2011) change has been to couple the BL11 with the BL6Ks *sounds superb*
